Purchasing a New Cloudback Plan

Purchasing a New Cloudback Plan: Welcome to the Cloudback Family!

Let’s get you started! The first step is to review the available Cloudback subscription plans and select one that fits your needs. Next, decide on a purchasing method. This is also where you determine whether you need Cloudback for a single GitHub account or multiple accounts.

Step 1: Set Up a New Plan 

You can purchase Cloudback using two methods: GitHub Marketplace or invoicing via email.

Below is a summary of the Cloudback Plans available to you:

Method 1: Purchasing a New Plan via the GitHub Marketplace 

1. Access Cloudback on GitHub Marketplace:

  • Select the primary GitHub account where you want to install Cloudback. 

  • Click here to open the Cloudback listing on GitHub Marketplace.

  • Once on the page, click the "Set up a new plan" button.

2. Choose Your Account:

  • In the Pricing and Setup section, choose from any of the subscription plans. 

  • Begin the installation process by clicking the “Install it for free” or “Try free for 14 days” buttons. You will be redirected to a Review Your Order page where you can change the GitHub account for the installation and enter your billing information. 

  • Decide how many GitHub accounts to install Cloudback on. You have two choices for installation:

    1. For a Single Account: Choose this option if you want Cloudback installed on just one GitHub account. After selecting the account, you can proceed directly with the installation process.

    2. For Multiple Accounts: Choose this option if you need Cloudback installed on several GitHub accounts. After selecting this option, you will need to contact Cloudback support to list the additional accounts you want to include. The support team will help set up Cloudback for all the specified accounts.

3. Redirect to Installation:

  • After setting up the plan, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Cloudback application installation page. You’re almost there!

Method 2: Purchasing a New Plan via Email Invoicing

1. Review Plans:

  • Start by reviewing the available subscription plans to determine which one meets your needs.

2. Contact Support:

  • Reach out to our support team to set up your Cloudback subscription. If you have multiple accounts which you’d like to connect to Cloudback, you can cover them with a single subscription. 

3. Billing:

  • You will receive an invoice and can choose to pay via Paddle or direct bank transfer. The support team will assist you in finalizing your purchase and ensuring that your subscription is set up correctly.
