  • Once on the page, click the "Set up a new plan" button.

2. Choose Your Account:

  • Decide how many GitHub accounts to install Cloudback on. You have two choices for installation:

    1. For a Single Account: Choose this option if you want Cloudback installed on just one GitHub account. After selecting the account, you can proceed directly with the installation process.

    2. For Multiple Accounts: Choose this option if you need Cloudback installed on several GitHub accounts. After selecting this option, you will need to contact Cloudback support to list the additional accounts you want to include. The support team will help set up Cloudback for all the specified accounts.

3. Redirect to Installation:

  • After setting up the plan, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Cloudback application installation page. You’re almost there!

Method 2: Purchasing a New Plan via Email Invoicing

1. Review Plans:

  • Start by reviewing the available subscription plans to determine which one meets your needs.

2. Contact Support:

  • Reach out to our support team to set up your Cloudback subscription. If you have multiple accounts which you’d like to connect to Cloudback, you can cover them with a single subscription.

3. Billing:

  • You will receive an invoice and can choose to pay via Paddle or direct bank transfer. The support team will assist you in finalizing your purchase and ensuring that your subscription is set up correctly.
